Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. It's no surprise that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel likes working out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
